Government circulars, notifications, and official documents referenced in our guides are in the public domain. VidhiX claims no copyright over the underlying government source material, only over our original synthesis, structuring, translation, and presentation.

Sharing for non-commercial, educational use is permitted and encouraged, provided that VidhiX (vidhix.co.in) is clearly credited as the source. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works based on VidhiX content require prior written permission from DePrionX.

6. User Submissions & Feedback

VidhiX is a read-only platform. You cannot post comments, reviews, or user-generated content on the Platform. The only submission mechanism is the Contact form, which accepts messages from users for feedback, error reporting, or guide suggestions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
